The U7's train at the Joyce Frankland Academy, Newport, on a Saturday morning 10:30 to 11:30 - with fixtures throughout the season on a Sunday morning.

New players, both boys and girls, are always welcome - just turn up on a Saturday and make yourself known to any of the coaches, who will direct you to the correct group.
